Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with your order, however if you would like to make a return please follow the process below. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn and in the same condition in which you received them, including tags.

To start a return, please contact us at info@moonkidscollective.com, stating your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and your reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you details about where to send your package. Please ensure you pack the items securely in the same packaging or a postal bag/box. 

It is your responsibility to pay for the postage costs when returning your items. We recommend using a tracked service. We will not be responsible for any lost returns. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
